At IluVida, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not meet your expectations, so we've made our return process straightforward and customer-friendly.

We accept returns within 30 days of the customer having received the product as per the tracking delivery. 

Return Eligibility

  • Condition Matters: Your item must be in the same condition you received it - unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

Initiating a Return

  • Contact Us: Email us at contact@revitalvibe.com to start the process. We'll send you a return form to complete.
  • Return Instructions: We'll guide you on how and where to send your package - this will depend which factory has produced the item and shipped it.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

Damages and Issues

  • Immediate Action: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

Exceptions

  • Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale and Gift Cards: Items bought on sale or gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • Quick Exchange: Return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Customers

  • 14-Day Cooling Off: You have 14 days to cancel your order, for any reason.

Refunds

  • Process: We will track the return and inspect it upon arrival. If approved, we'll refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Follow-Up: If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us.
