We estimate that delivery will take 15 - 20 business days but we will make every attempt to get it to you sooner. All deliveries are tracked for your safety.

- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time.

It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.
We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

- Return Instructions: We'll guide you on how and where to send your package - this will depend which factory has produced the item and shipped it.
- Shipping Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
